Absolutely loved our meal at Yam 918! Every dish was a hit — the salted egg crab was rich and flavourful, the big white lala was fresh and juicy, the curry fish tail was perfectly spiced, and the prawn paste fried chicken was crispy and addictive Definitely make a reservation because it’s very popular. We were seated in the air-conditioned area, which made dining extra comfortable, and the toilet was clean — big bonus points! Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

Cozy restaurant with tons of dishes on the menu. The time to read its story on the wall and my food was on the table, amazing. My noodles were very good, and ever so cheap. The staff is very friendly. Recommended for a bite in the relaxed atmosphere of Bandar Penawar.

Had a great meal at Yam918 Seafood Restaurant — fresh seafood, generous portions and very reasonable prices. The curry fish head and chili crab were full of flavor, and the garlic lobster was tender and fresh. Comfortable environment and close to the beach too. Definitely worth visiting in Desaru!

Had the fish head curry and sambal kangkung which were both exactly seasoned. The curry was flavourful, and a delight with the mantou. Also recommend the salted egg squid. They used the right amount of curry leaves and chilli, which is unlike the normal salted egg sauce in Malaysia that is sweet. Food was served promptly, and taste was great despite not using pork or lard. Price is also affordable. What's not to love?

Must try Chinese food,,! The signature curry fish is good ! The curry has good thickness and abit spicy enough. We ordered fish head but the tail came instead. Wrong order, but nonetheless is still meaty, fresh, and good, although too much scales there. Must order the fried mantou to go with it.

This restaurant no pork and no lard. The famous sambal kangkung really good, must try. The fried grouper fish with soy sauce also best, we order fry rather than steam because some review said steam is not that good. And of course can try venison too. The staff here also friendly and there is aircon area too.
